| Located
in woodland not far from a pretty mountain village, and just behind
the Linear Park (formerly Le P'tit Train du Nord), the auberge
harks back to the ancient tradition of the hostelry in which the
guest is placed at the heart of all activities.

At
Le Rouet, the authentic log-cabin structure is at once spacious,
simple and comfortable. Every day is a Sunday and mine host is a
friend you can count on. Owner-operator France Chabot has
successfully kept the rustic beauty of his auberge intact since
1957.
Little details that give pleasure to others are his specialty. Whether
visiting alone or in a group, you will always feels at home here.
At mealtimes, guests gather at tableside and get to know one another.
The personnel is always at hand, ready to see to the smallest request.
And as for the meals! They are magnificent and their aroma is redolent
of the kitchens of yore, as generous portions are married together
in the age-old art of keeping the flavour true. The cuisine is based
on market freshness, and is both refined and savoury, making it
an integral part of what creates this auberge's unique atmosphere,
with its rich colours set amid the crisp freshness of mountain life.
On this site, you
will discover how Le Rouet can transform your virtual voyages into
real French Canadian-style holidays. May we bid you welcome!
